WestJet Allows Flight Flexibility Due to Pilot Strike Notice Issued for August 2nd

WestJet’s cabin crew union issued a 72-hour strike notice on Thursday, July 30th, saying its members could walk off the job as early as Sunday, August 2nd if a new deal isn’t reached by their deadline.

The WestJet group is proactively managing changes and cancellations, as well as offering flexible change policies for travelers, in anticipation of potential impacts.
