Kate values the supportive and collaborative atmosphere at Cain, where she says each team member is trusted and valued, fostering empowerment for optimal outcomes. Her journey into the travel industry was sparked by solo exploration in Southern Africa, guiding her toward a career in travel. A particularly treasured memory for Kate involves connecting with industry leaders during an unforgettable adventure to Guayaquil and the Galápagos Islands, where they toured the Charles Darwin Research Station and greeted Lonesome George. We feel fortunate to have Kate`s expertise and passion enriching our team.
