These OBT platforms extend 24/7 booking capability, while operating within travel policy and program parameters. To enhance our customer experience, Cain Travel staffs a dedicated online booking support team to answer your travelers’ questions, while providing ongoing site management and programming, both at no added cost.
Usable data is critical in supporting a successful travel program. Access it through Cain Travel via scheduled broadcast, 24/7 web access, or both. Our proprietary reporting platform affords report generation in PDF, Excel, XML and CSV based on department, cost center, reason for trip, project number, manager, etc. to help isolate and better manage travel spend data.
Traveler Duty of Care
Proactively support your travelers when needed through our proprietary traveler locator map and look-ahead reporting. Based on ticketed reservations, you can identify the current or future whereabouts of your travelers, 24/7 on demand. As an event occurs that may – or will – impact travel, immediately access our traveler locator reporting to help identify your travelers that could face trip disruption.
