Human Resources Manager
Wanda is the sole member of the Human Resources department, overseeing all HR functions, from recruitment and employee relations to benefits administration and compliance. With over 22 years of experience at Cain Travel, she collaborates closely with all departments to create a positive and supportive work environment, ensuring that Cain Travel’s employees are valued and equipped with the resources they need to thrive.
Wanda earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado, Denver and holds two professional HR certifications: PHR and SHRM-CP. She is deeply committed to maintaining Cain Travel’s strong company culture while supporting its growth and success. Outside of work, Wanda enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, water sports, and reading.
