Rodney Saunders
Online Support Manager
As the Online Support Manager, Rodney leads the Online Technical Support team, ensuring seamless support for customers, account management, and agents.
Rodney started his career in the travel industry as an agent in 1987. After moving to Colorado in 1992, he continued working as an agent at an agency in Boulder before joining Cain Travel in September 1997. At Cain Travel, Rodney started as an agent while also assisting with various behind-the-scenes programs and processes used by fellow agents.
In 2000, Rodney transitioned into a full-time IT role, where he focused on online booking tools, desktop support, networking, online reporting, and system builds. By 2009, he shifted his focus entirely to managing and implementing our online booking tools and our proprietary online profile program.
Outside of work, Rodney is an avid snowboarder – going on 38+ seasons! He also enjoys golfing, cheering for the Colorado Avalanche, playing ice hockey, cruising around town on his single-speed bike, and spending time with friends and family.
