Kristy serves as the Vice President of Account Services and Implementation and has been an integral part of Cain Travel since October 1997. Her Account Services and Implementation team is committed to understanding and addressing the unique needs of each client, ensuring we consistently deliver a level of service that exceeds expectations.
From managing the intricate details of successful implementations to defining organization-specific key performance indicators (KPIs), Kristy and her team take a proactive, hands-on approach. Acting as strategic “travel managers,” they ensure clients stay informed and aligned with industry best practices. By leveraging detailed reporting and focusing on cost-saving opportunities, they build lasting partnerships that drive the ongoing success of our clients’ travel programs. Kristy is married with two grown sons and enjoys spending her free time outdoors and playing golf.
