Collette Vanderryst
Executive Vice President of Operations
As the Executive Vice President of Operations, Collette oversees all agent operations at Cain Travel and works closely with each division of the company to deliver ever-improving levels of customer service, operational efficiency, and alignment. She is responsible for building a collaborative operational foundation from which Cain can strategically move innovation and change from the drawing board to reality, improving company performance and achieving continued growth. Collette has 15+ years of experience developing operational strategies and brand identities for companies in a variety of industries, ranging from design firms to fitness corporations and franchises.
Collette has a BFA from Miami University of Ohio and received her MBA with a specialization in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from the University of Colorado, Denver. She is married with two young children. In her free time, Collette enjoys traveling with her family and spending time in the mountains.
