We deliver complete transparency. Program budgets are presented with all costs displayed line-by-line, making it easy to see exactly where program funds are allocated. Throughout the planning process, we negotiate and protect your budget with frequent updates to ensure integrity and compliance. Post-program, you are presented with a full program reconciliation binder which includes the line item budget and all supplier invoices for backup.

Group Air

Do you have a meeting, event or large group in need of air travel arrangements? Let us take that burden off your shoulders by booking flights on behalf of your group. We customize programs to fit within air parameters for arrival dates/times and budget. Our team guides you through the air process from the beginning to the end.

Meeting & Event Air

From pre-program planning, to budget discussion and establishing air parameters, our Run Air Program touches on all the specifics. No meeting is too large! Your program manager at Cain Travel acts as a single contact to work with throughout the process. As your partner, we generate an air-average for budget and planning purposes, provide professional and personal experience with destinations and routing (notably with International programs), discuss registration parameters, manage attendees and, when applicable, negotiate airline discounts to reduce costs.

Group Air Blocks

Let us handle air travel logistics. Our team can secure negotiated group block space for events where attendees travel to the same destination on the same flights. Our preferred relationships with major airlines allow us to reserve group space while a program is still being finalized, often without deposit requirements. We negotiate the best price and compare across multiple airlines. Then, throughout the event process, we fully support managing your group block.

Reporting

Through our proprietary reporting platform, receive the information you need including a ‘real time’ Arrival/Departure manifest link that populates with any new reservation(s) each time it is refreshed, daily/weekly spend reporting to support budgeting needs and post-event reporting including tickets that went unused.
