To meet this vision, the Cain Meetings and Events (CME) Director of Operations selected the Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita, a brand synonymous with luxury and trust. Nestled along the pristine white sands and turquoise waters of Banderas Bay, the resort set the perfect stage for this exclusive celebration. To embrace the local culture and elevate the sense of place, CME incorporated elements such as a curated artisan market and a vibrant Día de los Muertos performance at the welcome reception.

Attendee Arrivals

Cain Travel managed all flight bookings and provided detailed itineraries in advance. Upon arrival in Punta Mita, attendees were transported to the resort, greeted by CME staff, and welcomed with personalized gifts and final event itineraries.

Team Bonding

To foster camaraderie, a key goal for this President’s Club, CME organized an engaging Beach Olympics. Designed to be fun yet collaborative, the event featured team-based relay races, encouraging everyone to participate and build connections.

Local Activities

Cain Meetings and Events curated a variety of experiences to suit every preference, from adrenaline-fueled adventures to peaceful time on the beach. CME strives to design activities that immerse attendees in authentic local and cultural experiences. Activities included a taco and beer tour in Sayulita, local cooking classes, mezcal tastings, spa treatments, golf at the renowned Punta Mita Golf Club, ATV rides, and daybed rentals by the pool or beach. Attendees pre-selected their preferred activities, and CME managed all logistics, including contracts, transportation, and supplies.

Dine Around

To give attendees a taste of local flavor, Cain Meetings and Events collaborated with a trusted Destination Management Company (DMC) partner to coordinate reservations at six carefully chosen restaurants in the El Anclote area. CME handled the reservations, transportation, and payment, allowing guests to enjoy the local culinary scene without the hassle of planning.

Beach Offsite

CME researched and toured several venues for the offsite dinner to curate an elegant and exclusive evening. The team ultimately selected Zicatela, a stunning oceanfront location that provided a completely private dining experience for the group. The dinner was a success, earning rave reviews from guests – some even described it as some of the best food they’ve ever had.

Each year, the client coordinates an award ceremony at the President’s Club, giving executives the opportunity to recognize top performers with meaningful awards. The awards were followed by a sophisticated plated dinner poolside at the Four Seasons. The evening featured a live string musician and understated yet elegant décor, including lanterns floating in the pool.
