Welcome Dinner
The welcome dinner began as attendees gathered for a cocktail hour beneath the hotel’s iconic orange tree. Guests enjoyed drinks & appetizers, a live mariachi band, and a tequila tasting. The evening continued at the beach with a local market and a plated dinner. CME curated a selection of locally crafted goods, which attendees could choose from at no personal cost. Guests dined with the sound of the ocean as their backdrop, and the night ended with a beach bonfire, where everyone indulged in s’mores.
Offsite Dinner
The second dinner took place at Monte Cardon, a stunning farm-to-table restaurant perched on a hilltop. The night started with a sunset cocktail hour, accompanied by tarot card readers and live guitar music. As night fell and stars lit the sky, guests enjoyed a family-style plated dinner while an astronomer guided their stargazing. As a memorable touch, each guest received a personalized plaque featuring the night sky from their own special date. The entire evening allowed everyone to embrace the natural beauty of Mexico together.
Farewell Dinner
On the final night, attendees gathered on the hotel rooftop for a Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) themed celebration, an unforgettable evening that perfectly captured the “Family Reunion” program theme. From the moment guests arrived, they were awed by the flower-lined walkway and Altar de Muertos adorned with photos of their families. A storyteller was present to share the cultural significance of the holiday, while skull dancers and a live band set the tone for the evening. After dinner was served, the night concluded with a spectacular fireworks show.
