Program Introduction
For their 2022 incentive program, the client engaged Cain Meetings and Events (CME) in May to coordinate a program scheduled for September, leaving a compressed timeline to plan and execute the event. CME was responsible for managing all aspects of planning, from securing hotel contracts and developing creative themes to handling event logistics. Golf was a key component, as the client regularly hosts tournaments featuring their traveling golf pro. The program also needed to embody the “Coming Together” theme, delivering a memorable and personalized experience for all attendees.

Welcome Dinner
The welcome dinner was a Southwest-themed celebration rich with cultural experiences. Upon arrival, attendees explored Boot Barn gifting options, enjoying cocktails as they tried on and selected their personalized gifts. As the plated dinner began, the client’s CEO delivered opening remarks, setting the tone for the evening. A lively performance by a local band and dancers followed, adding energy and authenticity to the celebration.
Western Dinner
The second dinner was held at a nearby ranch, offering an authentic celebration of Western culture. The lively evening featured shotgun lessons, an artist creating vintage-style portraits of attendees, line-dancing lessons, and live country music. Guests enjoyed a hearty country buffet and danced the night away.
Farewell Dinner
On the final night, attendees donned their favorite Beatles-inspired attire for a festive farewell celebration. The Cain team seamlessly wove the “Coming Together” theme, curated throughout the program, into a vibrant tribute to the Beatles era. Guests had their moment in the spotlight on the Abbey Road-inspired runway before sitting down for a plated dinner. The evening concluded with a lively, music-filled dance party featuring a live band.
